Catherine & Jake are one of the sweetest couples! Their brunch wedding really showcased that! They had not one by two amazing cakes. A Traditional wedding cake from Cakes So Simple as well as an ultra decadent Waffle Cake created by Green Turtle Catering. When you have a brunch wedding there is a heavy emphasis on food! In a way it is the concept behind the whole day. These two didn't stop at amazing cake selections. Their menu was stacked from top to bottom.
Catherine & Jake started their morning with the most gorgeous sunrise first look on the beach. The ocean is a huge part of their lifestyle and this was truly representative of them as a couple. Check out the incredible images Liz Cowie Photography captured!
Our stunning Bride had not one but two dresses with a total of 3 looks. Both of her gowns were from Allure Bridals Wilderly Bridal collection. She is a Wilderly Bride though and through. She wore a flowy gown for their first look on the beach with a bridal bow from Untamed Petals. Next, Catherine changed into her Ballgown to come down the aisle with a stunning cathedral length pearl studded veil. Ciara from Ciara's Alterations created beautiful swiss dot sleeves for her second gown. After the ceremony she added the sleeves and removed the veil. Catherine changed back into her flowy gown to jet off on their boat for the grand exit. One thing is for sure Catherine was stunning in all 3 looks and her hair and makeup courtesy of Kara Kiely & Corrin Hallett were flawless all day.
They kicked off the guest festivities with a pre-ceremony cocktail hour for their guests. They had a Mimosa Bar & Coffee Bar. Of course you can't have coffee without donuts so they had a wonderful display of everyone's favorite glazed donut from Krispy Kreme. They had a beautiful spread from Cypress Table complete with the most delicious Bacon Jam and Smoked Rosemary Biscuits. During pre-ceremony cocktail hour as well as ceremony their guests were serenaded by the incredibly talented Charlotte Goodman.
Guests made their way to a beautiful ceremony with mimosas in tow that took place in front of Harbor Stay's massive Banyan Tree in the front yard. Fern & Curl Designs put together their amazing floral arbor that brought all the floral Florida vibes. Catherine wanted all of her floral design to feel local to the area.Their ceremony was officiated by the talented Kimberley Tucker.
Next, the guests headed into cocktail hour (round 2). Catherine & Jake tied the knot on 7/11 so it was only appropriate that one of their signature drink options was an adult slushee! The amazing bar staff at Green Turtle also whipped up a gorgeous signature floral cocktail using Empress Gin which gives off a beautiful purple hue!
Guests made their way into reception where they found their seats on the wall of bubbly that was custom built just for them by Mimosas & Moonshine. The Champagne wall doubled as the couples escort card display with the most perfect little stir stick place cards from Z Create Design. The Newlyweds were introduced by Waylon Duff from Blue Skies Entertainment who kept the music and good vibes going well into the afternoon.
Catherine & Jake had adorable custom made Guy Harvey Tervis Tumblers for all of their guests to take home. We used the champagne wall for a dual purpose and placed the favors for guests to grab as they headed out.
Fun Fact: The Groom's cake Catherine had made for Jake and served at the rehearsal dinner was a Marlin!
In true Mr & Mrs Sinclair style the happy couple boarded their boat for an epic exit. We were able to repurpose some of the florals from their champagne wall and use them on the boat to give it an extra little flair. They also had the sweetest JUST MARRIED flag that Jake's Mom had made for them.
